Information on Products and their availability
Pictures of the products displayed on the Website may not correspond exactly to their actual appearance. There may be slight differences in colour (due to lighting at the time of the photo shoot or the monitor on which it is being viewed), size and shape due to each piece being made individually by hand at the time the order is placed. This also ensures that each piece crafted is one of a kind.
Our items are made to order and limited in supply. If it is not possible to source the material required for your item we shall notify you as soon as is practicable and offer you alternatives should you wish.
Intellectual property rights
All trademarks, trade names, logos and other distinctive designs and signs which are reproduced on the Website, whether registered or not, are trademarks or service marks of Yuvi.
It is not permitted to reproduce, publish, republish, disclose, transmit in any way, make available to the public, distribute, display, remove, delete, add to, or otherwise modify, create and / or use derivative works from this Website, for any purpose.

This Website may contain links to other websites. Yuvi has no control over such websites and will not be responsible or liable for any accessibility of third party websites or for their content.
Hyperlinks to other websites and references to information, products or services of third parties linked to this Website do not constitute, and should not be interpreted, in any way, as an endorsement by Yuvi of such websites, information, products or services. Any question or comment related to these websites must be addressed to the relevant operators.

Limitation of liability
The Client is responsible for evaluating the information and content obtained through this website. The Client takes full responsibility and undertakes all risks connected to using this Website including for any loss of data and fraudulent activity.
The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website in GBP and are inclusive of all taxes and charges except any importation tax / costs / delivery charges (if applicable).
Delivery costs if applicable shall be added to the price of the Products and are indicated separately on the order form.
Yuvi regularly verifies that prices of the Products displayed on the Website are correct; however, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors. In the event that an error in the pricing of a Product is detected, Yuvi shall refuse the order and offer the Client the opportunity to purchase the Product at the correct price. If the error is detected after the order has been accepted, Yuvi will also offer the Client the opportunity to cancel the order.
Unavailabilty of items
In case of unavailability of one or more of the ordered Products, the Client will receive an e-mail or text / sms duly informing him/her about the unavailability of the Products. In this case the order proposal will be cancelled or partially accepted just in relation to the available Products. In case of partial acceptance, the Client shall pay only the price of the available Products.
The Order Confirmation will include a summary of the essential characteristics of the purchased Products, a detailed indication of the price and means of payment, and information on delivery charges (if applicable).
The risk of loss of or damage to the Products shall pass to the Client when the Client (or a third party indicated by the Client and other than the carrier) has acquired the physical possession of the product.
Method of payment
Payment of the price of the Products included in the order proposal and the relevant delivery charges shall be paid by the Client by bank transfer, Pingit, Paym or PayPal.

All costs and expenses (including bank charges) associated with the bank transfer applied, as the case may be, to the Client by the bank, shall be borne by the Client. Payment shall be due within and not later than 7 (seven) working days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

In the event that, for any reason, it is impossible to have the cleared funds received in Yuvi’s bank account within the due deadline the order will be cancelled.
Transport and delivery
Products shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Client in the order proposal. The signature of the Client (or of a nominated representative) will be required at the time of delivery.
Deliveries shall be sent once cleared funds have been received by Yuvi.
Delivery charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the Client and are indicated separately on the order form and invoice.
The purchased Product shall be delivered by a courier service selected by Yuvi. In case the delivery has not occurred within the indicated term (as stated in our confirmation email to you) the Client will provide Yuvi with a further 14 (fourteen) days (or such additional period of time which may be reasonable in the circumstances) to deliver the Product, provided that, in case of failure to comply with such term, the Client shall be entitled to repudiate the Contract and Yuvi shall, without undue delay, reimburse all sums paid under the Contract.
At the time of delivery of the Products by the Courier, the Client (or a nominated representative) is required to verify: that the number of items being delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note; and (ii) that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any manner.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the Product, or discrepancies in the number of items or documentation must be immediately indicated in writing on the Courier’s delivery note. Except to the extent permitted under applicable laws, once the Courier’s document has been signed and no objection has been raised by the Client, the Client may not make any objection to the exterior characteristics of the delivered parcel provided that the Client is entitled to subsequently raise objections in relation to the any other features related to the Products.
Dispatching and delivery confirmation
Yuvi shall send to the Client a shipping confirmation via e-mail / text / sms once the Products are dispatched.
Cancellation of order
Once the Product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or amended. Dispatched Products can however be returned as set out below.
Items may be returned if unused and still in perfect condition in its original packaging with any related accessories, covers or boxes and original receipt.
If you intend to return an item please send us an email or text / sms attaching either a scanned copy or photo of your original receipt within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will reply with details of how to return the product. Please note that depending on your location in the world you may be required to return items at your own cost.
We offer a full refund, credit note or exchange. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser in the original method of payment.
A refund will only be made when we have received the returned item.
Please note that custom orders and personalised items can not be returned.
Custom Orders are subject to availability of the colours and materials requested. In the event of non availability the client will be notified before an order is placed and paid for (if possible). If the order has already been paid for the client will have an option to put in a new request or obtain a full refund.
Custom orders can not be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by us, as the order would have been submitted to our workshop to begin work.
Custom orders or personalised items can not be returned.
